Teriyaki Madness

The teriyaki chicken and fried rice is a must! They are both sooo delicious!! The chicken is tender and the glaze is caramelized. The sauce is sweet and yummy. I would HIGHLY recommend trying Teriyaki Madness next time you go out.

I went in for their National Teriyaki (bogo teriyaki day). Alan the shift leader, was rude, kept talking over me instead of trying to help me. His excuse is because he’s working kitchen and there’s a rush. He refused to take my order and said in order to get the bogo deal it had to be done on app or online. But in my email, in the app it said we can order in person. It said they can look up the dead on our account with phone number or email. But insist he cannot help or do it, but when I called their Broomfield and Riverpoint locations they both said he was incorrect. He just refuse to take my order and give me the deal. I ended up going to Riverpoint and they were more than happy to help and so professional. Please Wheat Ridge (Applewood) train and hire your staff to treat and talk to peo

On line orders have been purposely incorrect the last three orders. since i called about a mistake. Incorrect drinks twice, no teriyaki sauce on the teriyaki chicken. Do not eat here! If one phone call about an confused order would make these people behave like this. My previous phone call contained no yelling or cursing. I've never seen a complete lack of customer service as what I've witnessed here. BEWARE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

The chicken breast teriyaki bowl was really good. The customer service was good.

Came in to place our order. Lady at the register seemed very bothered to take our order. Ended up waiting 30 mins to get our food because the ticket wasn’t placed in the finished orders. Thankfully the other staff knew what they were doing and were very helpful. Seems other reviews have had issues with her as well.
