This place is awesome! The set up reminds me of how Chick-fil-A structured. Friendly staff - especially Micah! Polite and friendly young man. They even have a system in place that remembers your previous orders if you sign up for an account that makes ordering a breeze!

The line was soooo long but we were able to walk up and get our order in. We went to the grand opening last week, it was neat! They gave out a free t-shirt if you ordered a large coffee! The lady that helped us was super nice! I believe her name was Drea. Coffee is delicious! Way better than Starbucks! The vibe was really cool. All the staff was dressed up and happy and bubbly.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at 7 Brew Coffee today. I ordered the Mango-Passion Fruit Fizz, and the staff mistakenly added whipped cream. Why would this drink need whipped cream??? You can tell they tried to scoop it out and never said anything to us about it. I am highly allergic to dairy, and this kind of careless handling could have caused a serious medical emergency. If I end up needing medical attention because of this, I will be forwarding my medical bills directly to the company. This experience made it clear that 7 Brew Coffee is not a safe space for people with allergies, and I will not be returning for my own safety. Proper allergen training and safe handling practices are essential in food service, this was unacceptable.

I stopped by the new 7 Brew and had such a great experience! Marlee was my server, and she was absolutely fantastic. She greeted me with a big smile, made some helpful recommendations, and got my drink out super quickly. You can tell she really enjoys what she does—her energy made the whole visit feel fun and welcoming.
