Teriyaki Madness always is so tasty and this Simi Valley location is one of the best! They always give such great portions of meat and their quality is great. Easy to access location right on Madera
Overall, this is a nice place for food. Super simple ordering process and the person at the register walked through the needed process. Everything was well marked and easy to read on the menu. A little bit expensive, but I did get it in large and they filled up the container. They have the display of the sizes so you know what works for you. Decent amount of meat too. The food came out pretty quickly. The vibes were chill, but it might get a little bit packed sitting inside and eating. On a good weather day, it’s definitely recommended to sit outside and enjoy.
We stopped for lunch on our way to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and had a chance to try the Chicken Breast Teriyaki bowl and the Spicy Chicken Teriyaki bowl, both accompanied by fried rice and vegetables. The portion sizes were quite generous, and we realized that sharing a large bowl could have been a better option than ordering individual portions. However, the "large" size seemed to refer mainly to the amount of rice rather than the chicken, so that was a bit misleading given the extra cost. The so-called "fried" rice was actually white rice that had been heated with oil and some sauce, rather than traditional fried rice. We would have preferred it to be more authentically prepared, as the oily texture and clumps of rice with white centers did not quite meet our expectations
Was satisfied with my food. I got spicy chicken teriyaki and was very good. The one thing I would say about it though is it almost tastes like an American buffalos sauce. Atmosphere was good, service was fast, and everything was clean and tidy. The one other thing I'll harp on is the price of the bowls just a little bit. Maybe 2$ too much, but when you get the combo it makes it worth it. Definitely made for takeout as dinning area is only 4 tables I think, but well set up. I will definitely be back to try more.
recently tried the Teriyaki Madness regular chicken with noodles, and overall it was a solid meal. The portion size was generous, the chicken tasted fresh and had a nice grilled flavor, and the teriyaki sauce was rich and slightly sweet without being overpowering. The noodles were soft and flavorful, soaking up the sauce well, though I think they could have used a bit more seasoning or vegetables for balance.
