I placed my order over the phone to go. I came in to pick it up, and I normally open it up to check to make sure everything is correct but I was in a rush so I didn’t. Well, when I opened it up when i got home, THERE WAS A DEAD BUG in my cabbage. I’m so disgusted. NEVER getting food from this location again!! I’ve submitted an email to corporate. This is unacceptable.
They are so cheap with their teriyaki sauce . It’s the only one that gives it flavor and I don’t get it why they can’t give you enough to enjoy it . The sauce also is very thin like water . That’s why it has no flavor . It’s too expensive and that you don’t get to enjoy it too ! I forgot that we should not buy again in this branch ( Sahara and Fort Apache )
Their sauces are incredibly sweet compared to other locations . So much so that we only ate about half our bowls. The proteins tasted like they were coated in a very sweet candy. Customer service was very nice. Just wish the food was a little bit less sweet and more savory.
0 stars! The WORST management. Save your self the headache and just drive a little further out to another location. I’ve only been here twice and both times have been awful experiences with the rude manager. My last time visiting, she refused to give me her name! She knew she was in the wrong. I asked another employee for the managers name he said “i don’t know”. Okay I guess you don’t know the name of the person that hired you?? He said he forgot. This is how you have that manager running the store. I thought the first time I went maybe she was having a bad day, but after the second awful experience, it is safe to say she is a bitter person.
First time takeout order experience was good. Hardly anyone eating at the location thought kitchen was busy with online orders and pickups. We ordered the spicy tofu with rice and veggies.. and steak with noodles and veggies. Took leas than 10 mins to be ready. Quality and flavors better than Panda Express. Steak tasted like jerky and quite good to snack. Portions were good. Location needs to be warmer to invite dining in..
