Teriyaki Express

Food was good and fresh, sushi 🍣 did break apart but still tasty!

Stopped for a quick lunch: Plain rice/ Miso soup. Cost: $11.75 I wasn’t prepared to have the food heated in a microwave. It took forever. Miso soup wasn’t hot enough. Rice was cold, but at least it wasn’t dry. The general hygiene in the restaurant questionable. Felt pretty run down inside, but a lot of people like that aesthetic. Had to give 3 stars for the sweet lady helping me. She even put my containers in a box so it wouldn’t spill. Being considerate goes a long way.

Got the teriyaki and pork plate, ended up with food poisoning. First sign should have been how unclean the place looked, but decided to take a chance when we saw the 4 stars. Won’t be back again. Upside is the lady was nice.

Tough dry Chicken jerky teriyaki Sauce is good though

Delicious! The portions are huge and the prices are great. The flavor is perfect each time. Theres also never a long wait. They have my bowl ready within a few minutes each time. The owners are very sweet too. Good people. Highly recommended! Pay them a visit!
