Seriously high quality meat at this place. I ordered the brisket sandwich and each piece of brisket was delicious moist fatty goodness! Also highly recommend a side of Mac and cheese and the peace cobbler. Absolutely love how low key and affordable this food truck is yet its quality parallels some of the fancier places like the Salt Lick.

Perfect BBQ SPOT! Drove from Jarrell, TX to get this BBQ! Their sandwiches are the best around! They come with 3/4lb of meat and the taste is show quality.

So, on our way to the drag racing track today, we decided to try this place as our family of four all love BBQ. I must say that this place was very good and a must try if you are in the area. They have wonderful food, great people, and the atmosphere as well as prices. I thought it was a cool thought that they offer a free beer while you wait for your food too. I personally didn't partake since I will be drag racing tonight. But my wife had one, lol. I wanted to take a moment while we were at the track waiting for some friends and write a review for this wonderful place.

The brisket was moist, flavorful and very tender without being too fatty. The bbq sauce was very well balanced, just the right mix of spicy, a bit of vinegar and a tiny bit of sweetness. The pinto beans were outstanding. The sausage was good but not special.
