Ted's Hot Dogs

One of my must stop locations in Buffalo. Great got dogs. Grilled over charcoal briquettes which adds an unique flavour. The hot dogs are made in Buffalo. Rolls are by Martin. Onion rings are large and fantastic. Not too much breading. Crispy. Very busy at lunch and dinner but lines move quickly

Love that they have a veggie hot dog and an impossible burger. The split is always delicious. Chocolate milk shake was standard. Plenty of seating. Kids meals available. Order at the counter service. Be sure to add a pickle to your hot dog.

Always a great experience at Ted's. Stopped in on our way back to Canada from a Syracuse road trip. Couple of Foot Long dogs with fries and a Loganberry hits the spot everytime!

I was in Buffalo for a night and looking to try something new. Ted’s Hot Dogs showed up in my search and looked right up my alley. About 40 people in line as I walked in the door on a Wednesday at 6pm giving me plenty of time to second guess how much to order as a lot of the menu looked intriguing. I settled on a regular dog, a single patty cheeseburger, an order of onion rings, and a fountain drink. I’m not usually a fan of a charred dog off the grill but this one was just slightly that way and didn’t detract from the flavor in any way. Had mine with ketchup, mustard, raw onions, and chili which had a pleasant kick. All of this on a Super soft hot dog bun. This was easy the tastiest part of the meal. The food, as expected of Ted's, is as good as usual, but the place is very dirty. It has been every time we've visited in the last year. The windows, the tables, everything is dirty. It's dirty enough that you worry if there's anything in the food. The windows are even grimy. And the staff does not clean tables after someone leaves. It's like it had food and dirt on the table from everyone that had eaten on it that day. It's disappointing. I'm making this review because we love Ted's and we want them to do better.
