Don’t miss this little gem! I thoroughly enjoyed the fishy fry with small onion rings, a taste of the yummy cole slaw and a sip of the perfectly blended chocolate milk shake. I never would have been able to finish all of it, so a tasted sufficed ❤️
I had calamari fish and a lunch deal that included a fish burger, fries, sauces, and a fountain drink. My experience was good overall. The ambiance and environment were nice. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the service was decent. If you ask for extra sauce, they do provide it, but somewhat reluctantly. Parking is also good. If I were to rate it out of 10, I’d give it a 9. For Muslims, fish is the only option, so this restaurant is recommended for Muslims as well. Thank you!
Ted’s Fish Fry has long been a Capital Region staple. The fried fish here is some of the best in the area. The restaurant in Clifton Park is clean, neat, spacious, and has plenty of seating. The food is delicious. Definitely try the fried haddock, clam strips, or calamari. They also serve good non-fish foods like chicken strips, burgers, hotdogs, and salad. The service here was friendly and fast. This restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating. Takeout orders should be placed on Mealeo. Give Ted’s a try; they have been in business for over 75 years for a reason.
Go figure, the restaurant with "fish fry" in the name, makes a good fried fish. Was feeling the craving for some fried sea food this week, so my boss recommended I try Ted's Fish Fry as he knows I'm a take out kinda guy. So I ordered over the phone going with the Seafood Platter Dinner and an order of the Fried Calamari, coming to a little over $30 before tip. Thing were pretty busy inside when I arrived to pickup my meal, but luckily I didn't need to wait in line after Sasha got my order and directed me to the checkout area. When I got home and opened up the bags everything smelled pretty fantastic and looked good too, though I was a little surprised that it was not in a container at all and just sitting on a plate with a loose wax paper covering it. Though that may have helped keep it
The fried oysters were excellent and by adding lettuce, tomato, pickles, tarter sauce and hot sauce you can assemble a pretty decent po' boy.
