Very neat, loved all of the complimentary salsas, queso and sopapillas. Salsa is very different from what I'm used to, it's very tomato based, tasted like green tomatoes to me. Queso is like a nacho dip, not like the queso you're probably thinking but still not bad. Atomic salsa had a kick, not really my flavor but decent. Asada Fries was tasty, I liked the southwestern drizzle of flavor on top. Steak was very tender. Service was great, Rina was our waitress and was very attentive and friendly.
Service was good. Prompt and attentive to refills and refresh. The chips and salsa were great. The food came out fast and hot. I got the shredded beef burrito plate with rice and beans. Good flavor. Also got a. Beautiful sopapilla after dinner with honey. Simple but excellent. Would go back.
Clean friendly place. Really good Tex-Mex. Our waitress was very attentive. Very speedy and accurate with the order. She kept our chips and tortillas filled up. Plenty of room for our large group. I recommend trying Ted's Cafe if you're hungry and even if you're not. Also desserts and drinks.
The food and service here is good. I hadn’t been here but had heard it was worth checking out. They bring you a ton of thing to snack before the meal:chips, 2 kinds of salsa, queso, and fresh flour tortillas. I hadn’t the street taco plate that had a ton of meat, my preferred side of pinto beans, and I upgraded to the potato dish. I only really have two complaints: it’s really pricey. My meal was $25 plus tip, and I paid as much for a scoop of sour cream as you’d pay for a whole container at the grocery store. And it’s very noisy. This is the kind of place you find deep in the suburbs where a few parents take their kids, or a coach takes the soccer team after a game. I can’t say I’ll go out of my way to go back but I would eat there again if some friends wanted to go. I’m not sure I’ll
This place lived up to the legends! I’ve heard some great things about Ted’s, and it didn’t disappoint. There was a great atmosphere there, although the restrooms could’ve used a cleaning. My favorite part was the complimentary queso that came with the chips. The chips were extra thin, so that is unique. I got the chimichanga, it was great. Prices weren’t terrible either. My one suggestion is to change the menus to a booklet or something that takes up less table space.
