Alan was so very thoughtful, kind and absolutely amazing during this very difficult time. His patience in explaining the process of cremation and going out of his way to accommodate one off requests was appreciated. My baby sister passed away and he took great care of my family and I can't say enough about the care he gave. His kindness is not lost on me and I'm grateful that I found him to assist. Hands down the BEST experience EVER.

Wow! We were completely blessed to have these sweet people guide us through the heavy time of losing my father! The amount of patience and understanding that Alan gave us during this very painful and confusing time was impressive. He listened to us spout off random things about my dad that kind of made no sense to anyone but the people involved in his life. Even then Alan listened to understand. He gained knowledge about my father and wrote his eulogy through stories we told to each other and all the remember when’s. He wrote one of the most impressive eulogies for my dad that described him so much you would have thought he would have known him his whole life. Alan made the hardest process of losing my dad the easiest and least financially burdening possible out of any I’ve ever seen or heard of. Losing my dad has been so hard but the standard of care has been raised with this funeral home. From constant attention to detail and being available for requests for arrangements at any time, all of my needs and expectations were overly met. The kindness that was shown is unmatched in this setting. Down to the memory photo/finger print and the engraving on my dads urn are flawless and so appreciated. Funeral Services for OC Franklin I wish I could give more than five stars. They made an incredibly difficult time so much easier by handling the arrangements for my father with care and compassion. Alan was incredibly patient and understanding—I couldn’t have chosen a better place. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. The customer service was outstanding, and they were so accommodating. Alan is my brother, but he also just directed the funeral for our grandfather. Working with family isn’t easy, but Alan stayed professional through it all and gave attention to every detail that our very large family asked for - including working with the church at the last minute to provide a live stream of the service.
