I visited your shop today with my son and father and wanted to share what a wonderful experience we had. My son is very particular about his food and requested exactly five marshmallows with his watermelon shaved ice. The staff was incredibly patient and communicative, engaging with him directly to ensure his order was prepared exactly how he liked it. We were also impressed by your extensive menu—the variety of flavors, from matcha and colada to various teas and coffees, is fantastic. The photo area is also a great touch. Thank you for the excellent service.

Fantastic place! The lounge is super clean, looks clean and smells clean. The place had very friendly and helpful employees that have great suggestions. The drinks are so yummy! Highly recommend!

I love it here since they serve asian kinda shaved ice. it tastes Amazing just like what I hope for. Macarons are also delicious! I just wish there are more toppings for shaved ice like back home in Asia.

Love, love this place!! My favorite drink is the Premium Tea Blood Orange 🍊 and I add the strawberry 🍓 bursts oh my gosh it’s amazing!! I use this for my clients closing gifts, birthday gifts just about any gift idea. The staff is amazing from the moment you step into the store to the drive through. What is so impressing is that the owner Beth seems to be very present and truly cares about her employees, her clients and just being present to be for sure her place is running smoothly!! So happy Abilene got one!! This is a must for anyone to try. It’s more than tea and coffee shop. Their menu is huge and has so much more to offer. Also, a great place to meet up with clients their sitting area is very clean and peaceful ☺️

Teapioca has the best drinks in town! I have 6 kids and we get a bit of everything. Lemonades are amazing, hot chocolate is delicious 🤤, magonadas are perfect to. If you are looking for a yummy drink spot to quench your thirst this is the place to go! Service is absolutely amazing and super helpful as well. 10/10 recommend!
