I had high hopes for this chain and was unfortunately, left disappointed. I visited their food truck on 63rd st, 11/13, and ordered 2 spuds- shrimp & chicken Alfredo + shrimp. I paid $52, even gave them a tip before they even cooked my food. Once I received my food I noticed that our spuds were cold and not fully cooked. The 2 gentleman in the truck didn't apologize or offer a solution for my order. They just looked at me like I was causing a problem which is crazy work to me... Hopefully they don't treat all their customers this way, because I love supporting black businesses.

My potato was amazing!!! I noticed I arrived at a good time. There was a decent crowd of customers with only two people on the truck. They were very friendly and displayed a nice atmosphere. Our wait was a little long but again, there were only two staff. Completely understandable and when I tasted my food I forgot ALL about it! It was definitely worth the wait. I will be returning and recommending. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS BLACK OWNED BUSINESS!!! (You won’t be disappointed.)

I ordered online for pickup and arrived at the designated time, but my order was not ready. I was initially told it would take 6 more minutes, which turned into a 25 minute wait. When the order was finally provided, half of it was incorrect. Overall, I spent approximately 50 minutes waiting for food that had been pre-ordered.

We normally order from the food truck which has never disappointed and would have easily gotten 5 stars. Drove 15mins to the food truck and they only had 2 Spuds left so we decided to drive 23 more minutes to the store because again they don't miss. The ingredients in all 4 potatoes were overcooked. One of them was just an OG with cheese and Bacon (the cheese was unrecognizable due to being burnt) I really hope this was a one off time because they are not cheap to be inconsistent.

Huge potato baked perfectly and loaded with your choice of topping. Had the KC with burnt ends, bbq sauce, cheese, green onions, and sour cream.
