Tazza Cafe

Nice little coffee house. Feels like a chain cafe but it’s still clean and friendly. The espresso was good. Quantity, too. The espresso on ice filled the cup which was nice to see. The PB smoothie is a bit light on flavor but still did the job. Best part? Plenty of seating and the WiFi here is super fast. Clocking in around 90mbps. Only gripe is there aren’t many outlets. And the chairs are hard and uncomfortable.

I come to Tazza every day for my coffee and if it was not for Javier I would never ever come back here. I have come here every day paying for coffee and have a great relationship with everyone. The way I was spoken to by Patty is horrendous. I will never ever come back here while she is here she brings this place down. I asked her to Make my wife’s coffee a little later before I leave because I’m sitting down first I want to take the coffee to go. I went up to her nicely and said whenever you can make the coffee to go I’ll be ready. She replies with a nasty attitude WHEN I HAVE TIME I’M BUSY. I spend thousands of Dollars a year here don’t give me a dam attitude.

Coffee is meh and overpriced. I am a fairly regular customer and I normally give them a travel mug to refill with black coffee and they charge me for a small (which is already $4). They now decide to argue over how much coffee fits in that mug and if they need to charge medium or large. Most coffee shops charge less to refill a travel cup or at the very least a small. Tazza just lost a repeat customer.

I’ve been here 2 times and each time has been such a disappointment. The coffee is okay, not great. Super disappointing with how it comes out. Their service is not friendly, one of the servers came out to reprimand us for moving tables when we needed the extra room and the cafe was empty. Incredibly disappointing, will be avoiding Tazza and taking my business elsewhere.

Great chai latte! So much better than Starbucks. It’s been so cold I’ve barely wanted to stop, but I do and then the chai latte warms me for a couple of hours.
