Love your cookies have given them as birthday and hostess gifts. Ordered for holidays and received cookies I will not give. I realize shipping is crazy and rough especially during holidays but the damage to these cookies inside their boxes and no damage to the outside of the boxes makes me wonder where and how damage was done. Just wanted to let you know that quality of these 2 boxes was very bad and I will look elsewhere for a different gift for my family and friends.

I can't begin to say how disappointed I am right now. I ordered three boxes as Christmas gifts and still have not received them. I have call about ten times at their different locations. You must leave a message every time, and no one calls you back. I spent between $200-$300 dollars. It stated that I would receive the cookies within 2-5 business days. Day 12... still no cookies or polite explanation. i was so looking forward to these. cookies.

After seeing a lot of advertisements on Facebook I decided to go ahead and place an order (good job marketing team). I ordered a six pack of assorted cookies. The order shipped right away and was at my door within in couple of days. The cookies arrived carefully packaged and everything got to me in one piece. Right away I tried the S'more cookie and... O M G!! Everything exceeded my expectations. Fresh, delicious, and pretty much the perfect cookie. I will definitely be a returning customer. **Editing** I was about to place another order and noticed that some cookies are only available if you subscribe to their cookie club. The monthly cost is a bit steep, but I figured I'd try it for the minimum three months. Once reached check out and saw that it was going to cost almost two hundred doll

This was our first time ordering these cookies. My partner and I never had them before. Upon ordering we asked the young lady how long they stay good. She told us 5-6 days on the counter and 2 weeks in the fridge. We only had them for 3 days and on the 3rd day, they were basically rock hard. Thankfully we only had 1 left at that point. I would definitely recommend switching then to a better container or putting them in the fridge. My partner and I both said the peanut butter cookie was our favorite, out of the 6 we ordered.

First time trying them. Order was for XMAS by their due date, nothing has arrived. Tried to leave a phone message but their inbox is full? Not even a confirmation yet 2 weeks later of shipment. There were also pop ups for the order by thing that are STILL on the site. *They responded to my email with they didn't even start them yet. They did instantly refund my order and the person doing it was on point. I guess that is a bonus? So if you ever want very quick refunds from cookies that you never got, this is the place.
