Taurus Steak & Hoagie

Sweet steak sandwich was good. Eat it fresh. Not so good later or the next day. Customer service was good. Be prepared to wait a minimum of 20 mins maybe close to 30 mins if they're busy.

I was excited about visiting Taurus when I came across an advertisement on IG. From how it looked on IG, I just knew it was going to be a hit, but I was SO wrong. I ordered the hoagie and it was the driest sandwich I have ever eaten. The meat was not fresh lunch meat, it tasted as if it was packaged lunch meat. I also ordered the sweet fries. Let me tell you about these sweet fries. It's crazy how you can put a name to an item just so you can increase the price. These "sweet fries" are only regular fries with mild sauce. And beware for $4 you are going to get the smallest serving of fries known to mankind. I know this restaurant will not be here for long.

I called and placed an order for the same day, I was impressed that a tray of Hoagies were prepared for me immediately. The food was good and the customer service was excellent!

So just to clarify, this place is apparently one of several new franchise locations. It is NOT the original owner. I had heard all about the steak sandwich and when I tried it, it was DELICIOUS. I can't wait to go back. I did hear that the hoagie was a bit disappointing because everyone is expecting it to be drenched in oil like the original. For my first time trying the hoagie, it wasn't bad but I understand the disappointment. Hopefully if they see these reviews they will modify or at least provide the option to add more oil, etc. I would like for people to give this place a chance, and see it for what it is. Give the steak sandwich a try, you won't be disappointed.

Its definitely not like the Taurus out south. I found it funny my sandwich was dry as heck but my bottom bread was soaked with oil so bag it was so soggy it broke apart 🤮. It was a regular dry sandwich I could have made at home. Didn't taste anything like a hoagie and to top it off they don't even cut it in half for you when you order a large one. So dont try to share it on the go you going to be disappointed with oil everywhere. Would not be going back to this location they make Taurus's look bad 💯💯
