Harold’s Chicken Shack

I order from this restaurant The most disgusting chicken I ever seen have called and tried to speak to the manager Mo never there for what the worker says. Please be careful when you eat at and what they’re giving you.

I spent $75 and the fish was not done. When I took it back I ask to trade for their tea. The man behind the counter told me no because the tea is $7.00. I just feel if a customer is telling that there food wasn’t right you should accommodate that customer. I will never eat here again.

Newer location. I visted the opening week. They had a 10 piece wing special. Food was hot/fresh. Good taste.

I am so happy to have a Harold's out west!! A Southside native and Harold's connoisseur I have not been disappointed. The store is clean, bright and inviting. The menu is full, and not limited. Every item I've ordered has been in stock. The food has been fresh, hot and not refried. They also have steaked and filleted catfish!!😁 Authentic💯. The customer service team has been pleasant and friendly. They are also open late!! Everything I've experienced has been positive. While parking can be limited, I have been able to pull right up with no issues. I highly recommend!!💯💪🏾
