Tasty cream donuts

Absolutely love this donut shop! The donuts are always fresh, soft, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the shop is clean and cozy. Perfect spot for a quick treat or morning coffee. Another good place for some donuts! The donuts are big but cold as other reviewers have stated. From what I saw there aren't any heating lamps to keep them warm. It was pretty busy for a spot that just opened up so be ready to wait for a few minutes before you can place your order. Prices are decent, the donuts are tasty (would be better if warm), and the service was quick given the number of people. If you're not interested in the cold donuts they have other things on the menu (probably also cold). They take cash as well as cards (you can probably use the tap and pay with your phone too). The only gripe I have besides the prices, I would like to see them lower, is that the bathroom is out of order. A mom and pop operation so keep your expectations at that level and you won't be disappoint

the donuts are yummy. however. do not believe them if they say 3 mins. it means 10 mins . hot fresh is great but the glaze and chocolate ends up in the bags and box. they didn't cool. writing my order on a sticky note asked for a dozen chocolate donut holes got 3 and the rest were glazed. Will return. tighten up...

I have been a fan of Tasty for a long time. I was excited to find that there is a Baton Rouge location. I visited at 7:30 this morning and everything was fresh. The establishment was clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Even the customers waiting were friendly and had great feedback on the establishment. All of my items were the appropriate temperature. (I read previous reviews first, but I'm glad I tried them for myself because the kinks have apparently been worked out.) The glazed donuts came fresh from the back and were glistening. I drove all the way to Denham Springs, and they're still soft and warm! I will definitely be a frequent customer!

Nice sized donuts, with a reasonable price. Normal glaze had a good flavor and was moist and chewy. Blueberry cake donut was great. Raspberry Jelly Puff was best tasting, of all in my opinion. Apple fritter was better tasting than Mary Lee's fritter. It's smaller than Mary Lee's fritter, but size ain't everything when it comes to donuts. It's definitely worth the stop on that side of town. No drive thru, but plenty of parking. It is located just before Istrouma High's stadium on Winbourne Ave if you're coming from Airline Hwy.
