Tasty Chinese

I use to order from here all the time then I stopped for a few months because food tasted oily. Today I was craving Chinese and the only place near by wias this place. I ordered shrimp with broccoli and received chicken with broccoli I called once i noticed when I was already back at work the lady at the front seemed confused even though I just came from there. They dont ask you your name they just go by the number that calls but my worker number is a universal number when you call out so everyone has the same number. I ended up speaking to the manager who basically said just keep the food and they will do better next time. I told her I dont eat the chicken then she tells me to bring the food back I told her Im at work I dont have enough time to bring it back. She said bring it later. I do

We highly recommend Tasty Chinese in West Hartford. Over many years, each week, we've purchased meals for family and friends. We have never been disappointed, always satisfied. Last weekend, we requested take out for 20 specific meals and we were pleased that each meal was done exactly as requested. Every container was labeled, and everything was delicious. All of our guests enjoyed their dinners. We will continue to purchase weekly meals from Tasty Chinese in West Hartford.

The food was phenomenal and everything fresh. As a previous employee at a restaurant… the customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant to co workers, family, and friends.

I had been a big fan for their hot and sour soup but the soup today tasted awful. The new ownership may explain the differences. Too bad!

Average Chinese food. The crab ragoon was tasty... until I bit into it and realized not a single ragoon had any filling. Very disappointed... in myself for not going elsewhere.
