I have eaten at Ghanaian restaurants across DC, Maryland, Virginia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, NYC, England , Scotland, and many cities in Ghana. This is literally the most authentic and best Ghanaian food I have ever tasted. Up until discovering this place I thought I just didn’t like Ghanaian food, and I didn’t understand why. The food here made me realize I don’t hate Ghanaian food after all just that no one was cooking it well. Shout out to the chef here my goodness you have it down! Consider adding meat pie to the menu too because i have not come across anyone who can make it like it is in Ghana.

Food is decent , portions are a great size. My only issue is the spice levels .. me and other customers also pointed this out. You guys should look into adjusting the spice .. it’s OVERLY spicy .. coming from someone eats peppers alone.

Lovely food, lovely people, lovely story of how this restaurant came to be!! Support this business!! If I wasn’t only visiting for the weekend I’d be here DAILY!! The food taste really good. The manager and the employees are very friendly. I will advise you to come and taste. Your taste buds will be pleased.

My first time eating from here was about two months ago and the food was ok. Since then, I’ve eaten here three other times. The second time, I had snapper fish with jollof, and the rice seemed old and hard. The third time I went, I had the snapper with black rice and the food was extremely salty. I was not going to go back, but my friend wanted it so I gave them one last chance. (might I add that He’s from the islands and I’m American. The first time he ordered, every other time I ordered. I’ll leave that there) Last night I got the snapper with jollof And we both were throwing up. 30 minutes after eating that food I had to use the bathroom and he was throwing up.
