When we found this food truck on google, the location was different. I would recommend calling to see where they are located, as they move around frequently. I ordered the Pernil platter with arroz con gandules, and amarillos. I had to try the alcapuria and relleno de papa. The platter came with 2 sauces, and they added so much extra flavor to the Pernil and the rice. I also used them for my extras. The alcapuria was SOOO good! Like SOOO good!! Definitely a must try! The relleno de papa was amazing too! The owner was so kind and sweet.

We ordered catering for my son’s birthday, the food was okay. The price for the quantity of the food was a bit pricey. I had catering from other places and the portions are bigger for the same price. We were disappointed with the fried chunks, it tasted more like grilled chicken chunks. We like it crispy but it’s a learning experience. Lucy is a very nice lady and she was very good at responding to our emails.

Amazing food truck by Tobyhanna lake, decided to ditch my packed Wawa lunch for something different. Got their mofongo con pernil. The pork was super tender and flavorful, but the mofongo!!! One of the best I've had!! The two owners working the truck the cook tent are super nice and helpful. Will be back!

Authentic and delicious food to please the most discerning boricua. It's like an afternoon at a kiosco in the Piñones, but in rural Pennsylvania. Get the pork mofongo!

Lucy is an amazing cook with a great love for Boriqua cuisine. She was friendly, kind, and very helpful. She was prepared to answer any question. I would highly recommend getting food from here. Everything from the mofongo, rellenos, alcapurias, and pastels were delicious.
