Taste of paradise

Tried Taste of Paradise over the weekend. It's been open for a few months in Bartlett near Half of Half. Buffet is a great way to explore and taste various Indian dishes. I didn't try anything I did not like. Some things were a bit spicier but nothing I couldn't handle.

We came here for a weekday buffet and the food was absolutely amazing! The buffet had coconut rice, chicken curry, biryani, chicken tikka masala, and so much more. Everything was fresh and flavorful and the staff were so friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!

The place looks nice with a pleasant atmosphere, the restaurant was not full, yet it was very very slow service and a bit confusing but they just opened today and are a work in progress! They asked after a minute of looking at the menu the first time what I wanted to order and I didn’t know,and that was a mistake on my part because it took 10 minutes or more for them to get back with me and I ordered spicy Chettinad Chicken and garlic naan, and my waitress informed me it would be up 35 minutes for my order to be ready and it did take some time but not 35 minutes more like 20 minutes but the food was worth the wait! I wanted to order an appetizer but couldn’t make up my mind and just went with simple this time and I plan on coming back for the lunch buffet!!! So I can try more things!! T

We had their lamb Curry, the saag paneer, and the spinach appetizer. All of the food is really delicious with lots of aromatic spices. The curry was rich but not too heavy. The spinach appetizer was spinach leaves dipped in chickpea batter served with tamarind and a minced chutney sauce. The appetizer was late and they seem to understaffed, but everyone was very pleasant. The atmosphere is still under construction as they just opened and are still decorating.

I got the lunch buffet. There was a good variety and I got a little bit of everything. Everyone was very friendly. I'll definitely be returning.
