U.S. DONUTS Bartlett

I ordered 2 dozen glazed and 2 dozen chocolate. They made them fresh and they were quick. Great donuts!

I have been coming here for years and it has always been the best but the new employees here may be the reason I find a new donut shop. No customer service. I asked for a bag for the 5 small bags and a large box of donuts he didn’t even hand me but left up on top of the donut case where I could barely get to them, he threw a bag up there and moved on to go play guitar. I payed cash and was shorted. He didn’t heat up the breakfast burrito or kolache, again jumping up to get back to hanging out playing guitar. I’ll just go to Krispy Cream from now on.

Ordered via Doordash from out of town for a family member’s birthday. So many options! I just selected 12 singular donuts and they boxed them as a dozen without having to ask. Delicious!

Awesome place for donuts, obviously. I absolutely love their kolaches! Picked up over $200 worth of breakfast stuff for my fellow factory workers on a Saturday morning, they had it ready 30 minutes after I ordered, and everyone loved it!

I love this donut shop, but a few of the employees can really change your experience there. The owner & his wife are a delight -- so kind & gracious for coming. On the other hand, their son (I think) & another gentleman have 0 customer service. They never smile, seem as if they are forced to be there, & are borderline rude.
