Taques Bar & Grill

Impromptu date night, this is our 2nd time and it did not disappoint. Pulled into the parking lot and a couple was driving away shouting out the window that this place is amazing & enjoy ! The place was packed on a wait at 7:30pm we waited a short time and grabbed seats at the bar. Staff was polite, hibiscus margaritas were delicious, we asked for their favorite appetizer selection and we ordered the shrimp ceviche this was the best ceviche I’ve ever had and I will return for it. Again we asked the staff for a favorite entree and we ordered the chili rellenos to share it was delicious and filling. Such a hidden jem. Can’t wait to try brunch soon.

The inside is so cozy and aesthetically pleasing at the same time! The Tacques margaritas were really tasty and not too strong (I'm not big on the taste of alcohol although they had some pretty awesome mocktails available). We got a large strawberry margarita and a small mango margarita. Loved both of them and the glassware was so cute. We ordered the ceviche and esquites as our appetizer in addition to our complimentary basket of chips and salsa and put in our taco orders at the same time. Everything came out pretty quickly one after the other without feeling overwhelmed and was plated beautifully. Bonus points for the yummy salsa verde that came with the tacos! Every dish tasted amazing and I'm actually looking forward to coming here again! Loved everything about the place.

I stopped in here a few days ago and had a delicious taco salad and mocktail daiquiri. I had mine with beef and shredded chicken and both were delicious. Very generous on the vegetables inside the salad too. The shell was toasted perfectly and did not have that heavy flour flavor like so many do. I should mention that the atmosphere is genuinely the nicest of any Mexican restaurant in the area, and I like the fact that this is a family owned restaurant. Do yourself a favor and check out Taques!

This place rocks! Unique Mexican fair, in a cozy/eclectic vibe, great service. Love, love, love the Quesabirrias, but got to try the Chilaquiles next time! Also, flaming tequila shots were fun!

Great selection of food and tequila based cocktails. Cool ambiance to the restaurant with great service. Reasonable priced for the area.
