Taquero

So good, we were looking for an easy quick spot, delicious gem of a place. Loved the Korean pork and mahi mahi tacos. Maple bacon donuts were over the top, too good, you can't have more than 3😂🥓🍩

I was really disappointed with my experience at Taquero in Saratoga Springs. I ordered barbacoa tacos, and while eating, I bit into something hard. When I pulled it out of my mouth, I realized it was a piece of wood, picture is attached. This was not only unpleasant but also a serious safety concern. Mistakes happen, but food safety should never be compromised. I expected a much higher standard from this restaurant. I will be following up directly with the restaurant about this issue, but I feel it’s important to share so others are aware.

Wonderful taco shop and donuts! Yes I said donuts. The good was amazing. The service was wonderful, so friendly helpful and patient ( when you are not sure what to get). Seating was a little limited but ample.

This place is awesome! The tacos are seriously some of the best I’ve ever had — so fresh and flavorful. And then donuts?! Unreal. They’re light, fluffy, and just the right amount of sweet. The staff was super friendly, and the whole vibe of the place was great. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

My bf and I come to Saratoga at least once a year and this place is always a priority stop for us. Typically we get the mini donuts which are absolutely fantastic and I love that there are always different flavors when we come, our go-to favorite is the fruity pebbles flavor, but we haven't had a flavor we didn't enjoy. On our last trip we went on their birria Wednesday and they were definitely one of the top birria tacos I have had! I will say the meat and consomme could benefit from some extra seasonings but nonetheless I would get them again! The staff is always very friendly and helpful! Can't wait for our next visit!!
