Taqueria Vallarta is absolutely worth going out of your way to try. The spiced pork tacos are as good—or better—than any I’ve ever had. Prices are very reasonable, and there’s a great variety of other menu options too.
These guys are awesome. The best tripe taco I’ve had in Nebraska and service with a smile! Definitely recommend them
Service was horrible the guy that took my order looked visibly bothered the whole time
This food truck is usually delicious.... I ate there last week and the beans were burnt and the limes were a Lil outdated the burnt beans ruined the whole meal. Will be back but hoping for no more burnt beans.
Best Mexican taco truck I've had in years! I don't live here, just visiting family but this is better than you normally get in Oregon and Cali as far as I'm concerned. No watered down white people stuff here. Authentic. Spicy. Fresh. The pastor and lengua were especially good.
