7 Brew Coffee

Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes 2/7/26 @2pm because the rt lane went fast and the girl seemed to only help the right lane and rarely help the left lane. She has no clue what she was doing and many people were angry! Go to Starbucks or scooters 🛴 if you want good service! Oh and did I mention the last 3 visits they made my drink wrong and I had to drive back?! They assume iced when I want hot every dang time

We wanted to stop to get drinks after a gymnastics meet for the drive home. We would have got 5 drinks. We pull up around 10:20 p.m. and wait, thinking they may do some clean up for the night. We wait and wait and wait and the we notice a guy in the back . He saw us but never came up to get our order. We ended up leaving and not getting anything. Very disappointed and kind of glad that we didn’t get anything especially after reading the reviews. We would have probably been even more disappointed.

Stopped to get coffee but sat in drive thru for over 10 min we were second in line and no one came out to take our orders. All of the teenage girls were too busy with the car full of other teenagers and dogs in front of us. Then all huddled in the building as they were cold. We ended up backing out and left without ordering. Been to many different 7Brews and will have to say this was by far the worst customer service.

Usually when I come though people are very kind and my drink is always made correctly but I just came through 4 days ago and was faced with a worker (with green and brown hair) seeing me and quickly turning away to give the Ipad to a diffrent person and say loudly "I'm not doing that." And continued to rant about how my order was a chore and how the person didn't want to take it. My whole family was in the car and commented on how unprofessional, uncalled for and most of all confusing it was. Honestly, not sure what I had done to ruin this workers day as I have never gotten this from any other person here taking my order. I hope it wasn't anything I had done, I would have understood if they preferred not to for whatever reason but I'd rather them do it politely and respectfully instead o

We LOVE 7 brew as a treat when we are traveling through and this time wasn't so great. Our coffee was cold and my husband and I were left trying to figure out which coffee was who's....
