Taqueria Rio Grande

Stopped by Taqueria Rio Grande in Perry recently, and I can't recommend this place enough! It's a delicious little Mexican joint that immediately makes you feel welcome. The food is fantastic—authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything we ordered was excellent and clearly made with care. Beyond the great food, the service really stood out. The lady working there was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful, which only added to the wonderful experience. If you're in the area and craving great Mexican cuisine with genuinely friendly service, you have to check this place out. I strongly recommend it!

We recently had the sopes and a chorizo burrito, which were flavorful and filling! The horchata was a nice complement, sweetly spiced with cinnamon. The decor is simple and colorful, and staff friendly and efficient. A great place for takeout, but if you eat in you might be able to enjoy some complementary chips and fresh salsa!

We really liked Taqueria Rio Grande. The place itself is clean and nicely decorated. Staff was kind and happily explained the menu. The portions are good sized and the salsas so flavorful! We liked everything we got, especially the aguas frescas, tacos, torta and the burrito. Our group ranged from not tolerating any spice to loving spicy salsas and everyone had a delicious meal. We definitely will be recommending this spot to anyone and everyone!

Loved our burritos! We each got a different one, Asada, Chicken, and Al Pastor. All were great. The two sauces they put on table were both delicious! Very polite employees and food was quick. Will be back!
