This place is AWESOME! Got a dozen donuts and they all were amazing!! Ordered pies for Thanksgiving and they look incredible! They were ready for me in time for Thanksgiving and I can't wait to devour them! The atmosphere inside is very inviting and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful! Everything looked delicious and I will definitely be back to try more!

As a lover of small businesses I found this place yesterday with my partner. WISH I COULD GIVE IT MORE THAN 5 STARS!! I got the Old Souls Special coffee, a breakfast wrap and a strawberry filled donut. Trust me this is 10x better than your basic chain restaurant and prices are more than fair. The donuts are baked fresh daily and definitely tastes like it. The strawberry jam tastes like they just pulled them fresh off the field, the coffee fresh (bonus points for having dairy free milk options!) and the breakfast wrap feels like it was made right in your own kitchen. This will definitely be a new regular go to place for me. Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu.

This bakery is so amazing! They have a wide range of items-bake goods of all kinds, coffee/tea, smoothies, soup, sandwiches, etc. They also stock things like Easte Hill Creamery cheese (the best) milk from upstate farms and cream top from a local farm, yogurt, and things made in house like macaroni salad. A large selection of soft drinks and juices, including naked brand smoothies. Now the main star-the cupcakes. They have rotating flavors plus permanent ones. They are the best cupcakes in the great Rochester area imo. The cake part is always moist and flavorful; the frosting perfect consistency and flavor. They always have various adornments like oreas,oatmeal cream pie slices, etc. They are very addictive. The donuts, scones, breads, cakes, tiramisu, fudge, pie bars, brownies, cookies

It's always a special treat to myself to visit Old Souls Bakery to pick up some goodies. They have the most amazing doughnuts along with their every changing showcase of confections. The staff is always friendly and efficient.

I went to pick up a dozen doughnuts for co workers yesterday and the doughnuts weren't out yet. I asked is there any doughnuts today. The workers said yeah we haven't put them out yet. I said I would like a dozen doughnuts assorted doesn't matter what ones. I was asked we can bring them out for you to pick from. I said that wasn't necessary. Can you pick out a dozen for me? I received the doughnuts and took them to work. They picked out the most Christmasy doughnuts and I didn't expect that. I am very pleased that we have this small business in our community.
