Taqueria Los dos potrillos LLC

A very nice spot for dinner! The salsa was excellent, which is always important for a Mexican restaurant. I tried the horchata and it was nice, not too sweet. The chicken tortilla soup was a standout. The broth was super flavorful and it was a large, filling portion. We had the carnitas burrito and the birria burrito. The carnitas one was good, but the meat in the birria burrito was very dry and needed to be juicier or have more sauce inside. It also needed a spicy or acidic kick and I wish I’d had some hot sauce to eat it with. The rice and beans inside the burritos had great flavor and texture. They looked to be the rice and beans that were included as sides in other dishes.

Great little restaurant with authentic Mexican food. I ordered the Fajita quesadilla to go, and it was so good! The place was packed for Friday night dinner, best to get there early to grab a table or sit at the bar stools. My order also came with chips and hot sauce, which was a nice surprise. Very friendly staff, quick service wether you dine in or takeout.

Amazing, easily the best tacos ive had. I was full after only half of it. The service was super fast and the staff super friendly. I Will be frequenting here from now on!

Came here on March 4th, 2026. With my wife and sister-in-law. Place was very busy at 5:30 for a Wednesday. Actually Downtown Pinckney was busy and so we're other restaurants. Was so Happy to see this. The food here was fantastic, the service was Great. We will be back again. Only 5 weeks since its been open? Just Wow!! Downtown needs a variety of places to eat and this place should do just fine. Great food for carryou, picnics, taking to the park or even going on a boat ride.

Great food. Sometimes it takes a minute because there so busy but its worth the wait. The fajitas were not very flavorful could use more seasoning. The tortas and burritos are great. I highly recommend this place for take out, I've never eaten inside but it's a little smokey could use better ventilation. Very nice people and good food highly recommend.
