Taqueria La Grande (West Hartford)

Shrimp burrito is 10/10 so so good. Big portion with big shrimp and lots of gooey cheese. Came with great sauce, sour cream & salsa. Best Mexican in WEHA. Everything is good. Have ordered catering for school events as well and has been a huge hit.

I have been here a few times. The food and service are excellent! The Verde Chicken Enchiladas are amazing! Well seasoned. After one taste, I couldn't stop! The rice and beans and red salsa are also delicious. The beans are fresh and not canned! The Tamales are authentic too! Highly recommend this place!

This was a cute place to eat outside - there was plenty of outdoor seating and several vegetarian options. I will say the food was mid. It wasn’t out of this world (salt & lime restaurant is better next door) and the portions were small. The price wasn’t terrible but it was comparable for the small amount of food we got. You also have to pay for chips and salsa ($8!!!) but we got chips and guac for $12 as an appy - I don't think the portion was $12 worth but whatever. They had a small menu and you would think the food would be better. My fiancée ordered the steak burrito which came with nothing on the side and I got the birria tacos which also came with nothing on the side. The service was also not great. We were seated at a table with dishes that weren’t cleaned and the server made little

Restaurant is so clean and nice inside and on the patio. The food is authentic and delicious and the service is so nice. The tres leches is the best! I just wish they had mexican street corn and mayonnaise in a styrofoam cup like in Monterey (photos I just took from Mexico 🇲🇽 yum )

This is genuinely the best Mexican restaurant I've been to in my life. Burritos, tacos, birria is all mind blowingly good. Their ingredients are fresh and flavorful. There was a peroid in my life where I would get take out here 3 times a week and I don't regret it.
