This is another totally awesome food cart at University Station Food Carts. I ordered the carne asada street tacos and the enchiladas. The food was authentic and the portions were very generous. I recommend the street tacos for sure. I took the food to go but every time I visit this location there is plenty of seating which is covered and has heating.

Fantastic Mexican food! Everything is really good and their hot sauces are to die for. Highly recommend the tacos.

Stopped in to the food carts at PSU. I picked the Mexican cart due the fact that they had a happy hour special, taco plate, for $10. Beans, rice and two tacos. I got chicken and pastor. The chicken was so good- the pastor was out of this world. The beans and rice were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I was full before I finished, so it was definitely enough food even with two tacos. What a great deal! I’ll be back. Bomb.

best mexican food in the area! we frequently eat here and rotate between the carne asada burrito, nachos, carne asada plate, taco plate, and fries and it always hits the spot. couldn't recommend more!
