Taqueria El Paisa

Food Truck alley, tacos were ok, and the food was very slow to come out. The tripas portion was not generous and were very crispy. The ranchero plate was decent. The tables were not clean. With all the taco trucks we stop at, this was okay. We would try another stand if in the area.

The guerita that takes the order is so pretty and nice she greets everyone with a smile. I love going when she’s working!!! I live in Modesto and drive over there just to get their chorizo tortas! Definitely recommend it if you’re a chorizo lover like me 🫶🏼😌

Love this Taqueria they have everyday $1.00 Tacos de Asada, their sauces are bomb. Also they sell a $4.00 Quesadilla platter. Their Horchata is hecka good.

Been here a few times different days different hours and the meat is a bit overcooked and the tortillas fall apart the nachos are good and loaded

That’s the only food truck that serves until closing time!! Very generous understanding considering to costumers. Awesome work lady’s you girls are amazing people.
