Great grab and go breakfast option if you’re looking for something quick and at a reasonable price! The breakfast sandwiches are amazing! Bagels are freshly baked and there are so many different kinds to choose from. Food came out quick and the cafe is clean and spacious. Also noticed there is more seating upstairs.

You know it was my first time over there. And I’ll tell you right now. I was hearing from a few other other people that the service here is garbage. I never really thought so I didn’t think so just from the atmosphere alone. But oh my God, are they right? The most bland sandwiches ever check this out you can see on my receipt. I says I got an onion bagel. I got two garlic and then my wife didn’t even get we got she got the Sriracha and it doesn’t even have Sriracha on it. Driest sandwiches ever. Honestly it seems like this place, they’re trying to go for that atmosphere but they don’t have the proper people to do the job honestly, the worst service and seems like not the brightest either.

This is my first time going to the Ludlow location. On 8/27/25 I had a big order for my office , 12 bagels and breakfast sandwiches. I put the name of each person who the sandwich was for and they wrote the name on top of the label for us. Each sandwich/ bagel was made to perfection. They did everything perfect and the food was fresh and delicious. One of my coworkers said it was literally one of the best breakfast sandwiches she has had in a long time. Best bagels in western MA. Try the French toast bagel and the blueberry ( has tons of blueberries in it) Definitely order online for pickup and then eat in. The line was can be horribly long ( 25 minutes for a bagel with butter!) Now, I order before I leave my house and by the time I get there, my order is waiting for me in the self serve pickup! Worth the drive if you're not local! And has cool atmosphere in the old Mills building!

Loved the remodel—Tandem Bagel looks amazing inside! Went and grabbed a table on the second floor. Super cozy spot with a great view. We tried a bunch of bagels—cheddar, cinnamon raisin, blueberry, multigrain, and sesame—and they were all so good. The veggie cream cheese was delish and paired perfectly with every flavor. Also had an iced coffee that was smooth and refreshing. Can’t wait to come back and sit outside by the Riverwalk. Definitely a new go-to!
