I love the food! The lady there so so nice! The food here is so good my socks fell off! The place is very clean, the lady always cleans after a customer leaves a mess. I always order their lo mein and it’s so fantastic it’s one of my favorite dishes here. As well as the sesame chicken, so flavorful and way better than the other Chinese restaurant in town. (New China) Their sesame chicken is just liquid for sauce and doesn’t stick to the chicken. New China’s sesame chicken is so bad I threw it out and came here instead. It was way better than New China the chicken was so fresh and warm and the sauce was so good and thick and actually sticked on to the chicken. One star because zero isn’t an option. This place is an absolute joke and hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The staff is unprofessional, disorganized, and clearly does not care about customers at all. On top of that, they don’t accept card payments, don’t offer delivery, and had the nerve to ask me to pay via Zelle, which is completely unprofessional and sketchy. The food was beyond awful—bland, disgusting, and honestly inedible. Easily the worst Chinese restaurant in Harrison, possibly even in all of Westchester County, NY. Save yourself the anger, wasted time, and wasted money and go to Szechuan Garden at 164 Halstead Ave #3616, Harrison, NY 10528. Way better food, way better staff, they take cards, and they deliver. This was the worst chinese food I have ever had. I DID NOT expect anything fancy, just some simple chinese takeout, which is usually pretty similar in quality at most places. I never throw away food, but it was not even edible. I literally could not distinguish the soup from my main lomein dish at first bc the lomein was cold hardly-cooked bare noodles in sperate container from the sauce/meat etc. The sweet and sour soup had no seperately discernable ingredients, as if it was put in a blender or they had simple disolved over time. A single guy working there took my order then "prepared" my food, unlike any normal place that has someone really cooking and another taking orders.
