Takara Sushi

Takara Sushi is such a solid spot, especially if you’re going with a group. I went with a bunch of friends, and splitting the bill was super easy. They had us order on our own personal sheets, choosing exactly which rolls we wanted, which made everything way less stressful and super organized. They have a huge variety of rolls to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. The half-off deal is honestly amazing, especially as a broke college student—it makes it easy to try multiple rolls without feeling guilty about the price. The rolls I ordered were really good, and I genuinely enjoyed them. Overall, it’s a great place to go with friends for good sushi, good prices, and an easy, low-stress dining experience. Would definitely go back.

So I had the chefs choice sashimi 26 pc with the crunch roll. The sashimi was so tasty and fresh it sort of melted in my mouth, yummy yummy. We also got like 9 other rolls that I don't know the names for but can vouch,that every one was better than the other.

Tried Takara Sushi for the first time and probably won’t be back. The food was bland, ordered four different rolls (both raw and deep-fried) and they all tasted basically the same. Not much flavor overall. The ordering system is confusing. You’re expected to write your order on a piece of paper, which also lists their half-price sushi. No one explained this to us and when we asked how it worked, the staff acted like we were a burden for not knowing. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed. When we got our sushi, two rolls were on the same plate and we asked which was which. The server gave us a look like we had just deeply offended him. At one point, we tried to get more wasabi and made several attempts to get the attention of our server but she actively avoided eye contact, not just with us bu
