I love everything about Cake It Easy! I’ve tried several treats, and all of them blow me away. My family bought some frozen take and bake rolls for the holidays, and they were amazing! Soft, bouncy, with a delicious homemade taste. I recently stopped in to get some mini cupcakes for Valentine’s Day, they were incredible! The gluten eaters in my life tell me they wouldn’t know a difference if I hadn’t told them their products are gluten free. The owners have really worked some magic in the kitchen and I am beyond impressed with the quality! No longer will I feel left out of celebrations because of having celiac disease. I hope Cake It Easy sticks around!

This pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting might be the best gluten free cake I’ve ever had! So fluffy and moist and delicious! Loved the cookies as well :)

My girlfriend has Celiac Disease and brought home some sweet treats from Cake it Easy for us to try. I would have never guessed they were gluten free! Some of the best cookies I have ever had. The pumpkin bar was especially moist and was so so delicious. Everyone should go here often!!!
