Tacos El Tijuanense

I should've learned from the 1st time.. the birria had tons of lard in it and it kept me away for about 2 years... So I decided to give it another try... sure enough I was let down completely. The customer service was horrible. The cashier seemed so busy on his phone that he barely paid any attention to me as a customer.. Unfortunately this is my absolute last time going here. While eating my birria tacos, I noticed something hard in the taco. Come to realize that they left a piece of steel scouring sponge inside the taco. I was completely disappointed. Definitely didn't finish the rest of my tacos. I would say be very careful eating at this establishment.

Love this place! I live close by and walk to it all the time. I cannot get enough of their tacos (their al pastor is especially good and juicy), and their rice and beans always round out my meal just right for me. They're fast, kind, and have always been delicious every time in the last three years I've been going here.

Perfect for pick up orders. Very Limited seating. The food is good. Price is reasonable in this economy but a little higher than expected. Definitely Worth trying out. Hopefully they get more seating. Also place is pretty clean

I had to try this place because some friends recommended. I honestly had better tacos de birria.

Seriously these tacos are Baja style. The carne asada was perfect and the taco de birria was delicious.
