Taco Zocalo

Great little spot. I got the bowl with barbacoa and my husband got the tacos. Both of us were very pleased with the flavors and serving size. Fresh and tasty. As an added plus, the young lady at the main desk was lovely. Professional, pleasant, and a welcome smile. We will be back.

This was our first time visiting Taco Zocalo and boy oh boy do I wish we lived closer!! We ate steak and BBQ Brisket tacos and I'm sure I've never had better. These tacos were amazing, highly recommend. I've already recommended this restaurant to people in the neighborhood. If you live close and have never tried it.. what are you waiting for? They have amazing sauces we bought the Pineapple Habanero Sauce (mild) to take home to MD. Prices were fair and amount of food was great. They even have a reward point system. Samuel was amazing too. Please go support this small restaurant you won't be disappointed 😊

This taco spot near the Reston Metro Station is one of my favorite hidden gems. I’ve been coming here for years and the food is always fresh and consistent. You can taste the quality in every bite. The shrimp tacos and shrimp burritos are my go-to. I always get corn tortillas and ask for the pineapple habanero hot sauce. It’s sweet with a light kick, not as spicy as you’d think and it pulls everything together perfectly. The location is super convenient with easy in and out parking. Even when it’s busy, the cashier is always quick, friendly, and on top of things with a smile on their face. The drink selection is great too and you can sit inside or outside depending on the weather. If you’re looking for fast service, great food, and a local Reston spot to support, Taco Zocalos is a must

First time here, we ordered the Chimichanga and Taco Birria plates …omg… amazing flavors; their homemade sauces taste incredible. The service is excellent and on point. The restaurant is very clean and colorful. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

The chimichanga was okay until the end. The beef was okay and the overall flavor was too. The last few bites were nothing more than lightly cooked green peppers. Would have been fine if they were spread throughout. Chips and queso tasted like they came straight out of a bag and jar.
