I LOVE this place and had to make a review. The food is made to order and you can tell that everything is so lovingly prepared. This truck is run by some very sweet people! (Be sure to check their schedule or give them a call to see if they will be open when you go) The loaded fries with birria ontop is mind blowing. The meat is so flavorful and tender, the toppings are super fresh, the fries are freshly fried and cooked perfectly. The ratios are spot on and they do not skimp out on the meat. Not to mention the serving size for the price is insane - you can easily feed 3 adults with just one loaded fry order. I also have to shout out the "corn in a cup" (elote) which was SO delicious. If you can find it in the food truck cemetery, you'll have to be quite loud to get the ladies attention away from her phone. I was craving some pico so I searched for the highest rated taco place in the area as i was just traveling through. Ordered a couple of tacos with everything. I get a blank stare. So I ask for dos tacos con todos. Steak por favor. (I couldn't remember the word for steak, i only know pequeño Spanish) she smiles and gets to work. I confirm that it will have pico. Another smile and nod. 5 min later the food is ready. I ask for salsa Verde, she smiles and shows me the little container of it she already had in the bag. I point to the bag and say, "pico?" My wife and I were excited to try this food truck and it exceeded our expectations! We got pork and chicken tacos and the beef quesabirria and it was out of this world. Service was also exceptional and our food was ready quick!

They make the BEST food with GREAT prices and they Always have a good attitude toward their customers. If you haven’t tried a Mamalona or the loaded fries/Nachos, then you’re missing out.
