Taco John's

Walking it we were greeted with a smiling happy woman at the counter and the restaurant was bright and clean. Great first impression. It was our first time to try Taco John's food and I dont see a reason to pass up Taco Bell to get to it. Chicken quesadilla-plenty of chicken and cheese, but what is that sweet sauce on it. Ruined by the sauce, it wasn't finished. Chicken Boss burrito-most of the ingredients were good but again, the sauce. Also, this boss runs a very small company, with the title BOSS we expected something that was large enough to make a meal and it did, if you have already eaten. Beef burrito with no onions-the no onion part was correct. The beef was chicken and it had lettuce since it was actually a taco. Over all we are not very likely to get off the freeway and give

So I waited in drive thru and after a while I decided I’ll just run in and order since drive thru was wrapped around. No big deal. Until no one acknowledged me except the girl in drive thru. Your two male workers looked at me and never budged, couldn’t be bothered to help anyone out but drive thru. The dark headed girl was on her phone outside when I pulled up and until I stepped around the corner and made eye contact with her she didn’t put her phone down while she’s behind your counter. Seems like your paying people for no reason when raeanna is the only one running around trying to greet people or get your orders out. I’ve worked here before and know it doesn’t take much to run this store. Hell, I’m even a manager now and this was the poorest excuse of a “team” ive ever seen.

Fix the heat It was cold in the dining room. The cold air was blowing from the rooftop unit, but the food was great, and the manager was great. Great price also.

Just called the store to let them know they messed up my order. I had ordered 2 boss burritos and 2 fiesta chicken tacos with no pico. I was totally calm with them, but then someone else grabbed the phone and starts yelling at me saying that they DID NOT put pico in the tacos, and that apparently I didn’t ask for no pico in the burritos. I was willing to say that I guess I must have forgot to ask for the no pico, but I told her there’s still pico in the tacos. Lady just began getting aggressive with me for no reason, and was like “MMHMMMM OKAY BYE” then promptly hung up. Like come on what? Like what is this then?

Me and my family came in tonight to have a quick little dinner and I've never felt like we were an inconvenience as we did here. My son and son in law both ordered a quesadilla and as my son in law told the team member up front what he wanted someone in the back said "Jesus". After this my daughter didn't even want to order bc of how we were feeling. The only reason I gave 2 stars for service was bc of the cashier that took our order. She was the only one who was nice to us. This is so sad we were treated this way. Im not sure if we'll be back. Definitely not worth the $75 we spent.
