Taco Chinoz & Bar

Visited the new Taco Chinoz location in Sterling and had a great experience. I ordered the Beef Birria Ramen and Beef Birria Loaded Fries — both were excellent. Strong flavor, good spice level, and solid presentation. Everything tasted fresh and well thought out. The shop itself is new, clean, and spacious, which made the visit comfortable. Service was straightforward and efficient. Important note for halal diners: the Birria and Bulgogi options are halal, which is a big plus, but most other items are not. Definitely ask the staff if halal is important to you — they were transparent. Overall, very happy with the food and would come back for the birria again.

Ok, this food is good! Straight comfort food. Fusion style food. I caved in and DoorDashed a carne asada burrito after seeing all the high reviews. That was dangerous and I opened the flood gates. Delicious!!! I went to the actual spot the next day with my boy after telling him how good the food was. Got a few different tacos this time and was not disappointed. I will say it’s kinda expensive per taco. They need to figure that out but otherwise no complaints. This spot has a nice fun atmosphere and it wasn’t busy. Not really the spot for drinks but we aren’t here for that. Definitely come here for the food. It’s sooooo good. You will get stuck on this place too.

definitely recommend this place! we ordered the birria options (since they’re halal) and they did not disappoint. flavor and portions are 10/10 and the prices are great. also love the inside decor and they have games to play while you wait. overall, really nice spot!

Birria Ramen is top tier! So much beef inside and great broth! We also tried beef Birria taco and fried fish taco. They are really big tacos and super tasty! Waitress Tiffany was really attentive and has a good energy! Love this place!

Right when you walk in you know your gonna have a great time, the customer service was top tier, smiles right when you walked in. We ordered the bulgogi bowl, carne asada taco, crispy shrimp taco, 2 margarita slushies, and the buldok fries, overall it was a 10/10 dining experience. They have an assortment of games you can play while you wait for your food which makes it a great date night spot! Would def recommend!
