Taco Casa

Well now I changed my mind. They got the order completely wrong this time. Asked for meat burrito and a side of beans. Husband saw it was meat and told them that it was supposed to be a side of beans… gets home, im about to eat and when I see my burrito, it’s a BEAN BURRITO 😡 Maybe LISTEN BETTER. Food was perfect! Asked easy beans and easy sauce. And ended up wanting another 😫

Absolutely wonderful service and amazing taste with fully packed soft tacos. The meat grease was even drained properly. The management is well equipped and engages happily with the facility and it's customers keeping the operation running smoothly. Also, the employees being in a good mood created a great vibe for the customers environment. Y'all rock keep up the great work and thank you for your service! 💯

They are absolutely the best fast food Mexican in the world. They never skimp on the portions. The atmosphere is lacking but the food always makes up for it.

Came thru the drive thru @9:12pm 6/4/24. We ordered a little over 40 dollars worth of food as soon as I got to the Jack in the box in Springtown I pulled all my food out the bag to see. They gave us 2 xtra soft tacos instead of what we ordered. I ordered 6 tacos no lett 4 tacos with. My tacos with lettuce were absent. I told the gentleman that I’d be glad to bring everything back and he proceeded to Tell me he reviewed the cameras and that I was incorrect.. I don’t like taco casa enough to lie about a taco or two or four.. I wouldn’t lie at all 25 years in the food industry and still in the food industries. I would not allow my managers to act that way to any of my customers for the simple fact they pay your bills. And it’s not right if you spend your hard earned money you should get what

There are a couple of issues with Taco Casa. First problem is wildly inconsistent pricing and ability to accommodate special requests (we sometimes order cheese separate and can't get the same size and never get the same price with any 2 locations). The 2nd issue is simply the long lines in the drive through but my family believes the food is excellent and worth the effort.
