Taco Bell

5/25/2022 (4 Stars) First time back since they completed the remodeling. The facility looks great and "smells" new. I like the new look & feel. The food is served fast and hot. The taste and portion size is always good. A manager was having a meeting with a staff member who was having problems with a fellow staff member. This was in the dining area where I could here everything. I assume there is no "office" in the back - as this is NOT the kind of meeting that customers should hear. I placed my order at the drive through. First I was told they were out of one of the cheeses used in my order. I could sub it for cheddar but because other Taco Bell had the right cheese I would be up charged for the sub. WTH? It was only about .70 cents so no big deal. I get my food and the order was correct. I start eating my taco and a few bites in I bite down on something hard. I pull it out and it is what looked like a petrified old hard french fry. I'm not sure if that is what it was. Gross! I will not be going to this Taco Bell again.

Just got a chicken chalupa that was as crunchy as a cracker. The chicken was ice cold not even warm when I had just pulled out of the drive thru and park in the Fred Meyer parking lot, food hadn't sat for even a minute was the first thing I tried to eat. Will not be back. Just glad I didn't get sick.

Went last night at 10:30pm only to find taco bell closed. What happened to midnight or later? No signs up saying they closed early or anything the drive through menu lights were on and the automated machine picked up when we drove through but no real person ever talked.

Amazing food by fast food standards, lobby and tables are always clean, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. But at this particular TB make sure you ENUNCIATE and have the drive-thru attendant read back your order cause some of them are hard of hearing apparently. 😒 I asked for extra tomatoes and got none instead. I didn't get charged for it, but imagine if I had... 🤦🏽
