I wish there was a place like this at home. The food is of perfect portions and very flavorful. Super healthy and just plain awesome. The flavor is amazing. Microwaves easy for 3 min on 80% power.

I would say that that this is the BEST healthy lunches in Yakima. The flavors are AMAZING and they're all very nice and friendly. All of the staff is very knowledgeable on what's good and honest on what isn't a hot seller. The meals also taste great and are actually SO filling (and I'm a bigger girl). We're all sick and tired of eating salads everyday, so this is a MUST GO spot. I'm just waiting for their Selah location to be fully up and running so I don't have to drive into Yakima!

I’ve been buying Yakima Fit Foods prepped food for about 3 weeks now for an easy and delicious lunch for work. Each meal I have tried has been prepared with so much flavor and great quality food. I also appreciate the healthy snack options they have available to enjoy during the day. I highly recommend you also try their breakfast oats. Great way to start your day along with a pressed juice they carry from Foundation. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. Did not disappoint at alllll. Food was top tier. Sauce was amazing, the steak is tender and the rice is perfect. Literally my new go to spot for lunch now!!

Absolutely amazing! Customer service is outstanding, fresh tasting food and it’s fabulous! Perfectly proportioned and you don’t over stuff yourself. I’m just impressed! As a working mom and nurse this makes my life easier. Grab a few to last me on my work stretch takes the hassle out of meal prepping.
