I have been going to this location for years and the food is always nicely prepared, and always tastes great. I want to recognize Araceli. She is always very polite and really shows that she cares about her customers.
I don’t ever expect much from Taco Bell because it is a chain after all. However, when you get an entire order that looks like it was vomited in a box and wrap and then it’s ice cold, it’s unacceptable. If a Mexican pizza was still $2.49 maybe I’d chalk it up as a loss but when their prices have gone up to make up for inflation and they still can’t hire satisfactory employees maybe it’s time to just shut it down.
It's Taco Bell, not actually Mexican food, but still delicious.
This has to be the best Taco Bell in Illinois. I have been to many Taco Bells, but the service at this one is by far superior. Also, they NEVER mess up the order, which is unusual for TB. The staff is always super friendly as well. It seems to be clean inside, although I have only ever used the drive thru.
Great customer service. Super friendly staff every time we go here.
