Beef Shack

This is my second time visiting Beef Shack, and while the food is truly delicious and consistent, the customer service needs serious improvement. The staff lacks basic courtesy and professionalism, which really affects the overall experience. In particular, Diana A showed zero customer service skills. A simple greeting, politeness, and respectful communication go a long way, and unfortunately none of that was present. If management can address the customer service issues and provide proper training, this could easily become an amazing place. The food is great, now the service needs to match it.

My family and I tried this restaurant, recently opened in Wood. Dale. The atmosphere was great! I really liked the decor. It did not feel like the building was previously a Burger King, at all. Nicely done on the inside. It was very clean and well lit. Each table has paper towel rolls. Made it convenient. Very easy to order at the front and customer service was great. Prices were very fair. After ordering, it took literally minutes to get our food. Barely await after getting fountain drinks. We loved the food was great! We tried the garlic beef sandwich which was Italian beef on garlic bread topped with a bunch of cheese.... Delicious. The bread was nice and wet from the beef, just like it should be, I absolutely loved the garlic bread. It was a nice addition to an Italian beef sandwic

Solid 4 of 5 stars, the specials are great value and the quality is on par, given the the location I will be expecting to eat hear and skip Portillos. Saturday is $1 shakes, there is a dollar hot dog special also. Hamburger was great and delicious.

Had the mini cheezy beef on garlic bread, also the fill sized cheezy beef. Both sandwiches were very good. Tender beef, good bread. Decent fresh cut fries ...Went back for smashburgers 😋yum

I think beef shack was built on the bones of Zippy’s, which was good. Had no expectations going in and it was a fantastic sandwich. Not like Portillo’s, the cheesy beef is different. I really, really liked it. Loved the way it was toasted with the cheese and peppers. I’ll be back often.
