Ordered food and my large nacho fry came half empty. I went to call and ask what happened and why I got shorted half a box. Guy answered says one moment, tells someone else in the background to “take the call I am too busy” nobody picks up the phone and waited 20 minutes on the phone before hanging up to call back and now I can’t get them on the phone again!! Watertown Taco Bell service thumbs down 👎

I have had good experiences with some of the staff and some bad experiences with one staff that’s always rude and horrible customer service. I’m still waiting on a refund on my meal. After him slamming the window on me for driving up to the window because the speaker wasn’t working. He told me I didn’t tell you that you could come up to the window. After explaining to him that the speaker wasn’t working he slammed the window after I had already paid. I still haven’t received my payment back. I will not be returning due to poor business on Taco Bell’s part

It seemed like there was hardly any staff working, and the person at the window was rude. Really disappointing experience — I usually like Taco Bell, but this location needs better service and staffing. --- Would you like me to make it sound a bit harsher, more polite, or funnier/sarcastic before you post it?

The only reason I'm giving this place a 3 on the service is because I witnessed an employee named Michael doing what he needs to be doing. And he was literally getting yelled by what I'm guessing is the manager. Michael was outstanding and that lady was unprofessional!!! I don't understand what he did so wrong, just because yall are short staffed don't take it out on your employees.

Lunch during the week there are never problems. Evenings and weekends something is wrong with order every time
