Taco Bell

I ordered the Cantina Bowl from Taco Bell in Warsaw, MO, and it was a huge disappointment. Supposed to have 2x the chicken—instead, I got maybe a tablespoon of chicken, a tablespoon of black beans, and about a teaspoon of pico. The rest was just rice and a handful of lettuce. I also paid for extra avocado ranch, and it came with one tiny line of sauce across the top. Our steak soft tacos also were ordered with extra avocado ranch and there was a tiny bit on them. I live 20 minutes away from town, so by the time I got home and saw the sad excuse for a “bowl,” it was too late to go back. Definitely not worth the money, and not at all what I expected for dinner.

I have been here twice within 6 months and both times my order was provided incorrectly. The first time I was missing some items from my order and just decided to let it go, but this time I asked for a simple chicken quesadilla combo and got this (in the picture) instead. I did at least get my Baja blast. Didn't realize until I was halfway home, but why do I need to double check such a simple order? I know mistakes happen, but this is the second time. It's not even just this franchise. So many restaurants now, fast food or otherwise, have no pride in their work or their quality of product. It's disappointing that prices everywhere have increased so much and yet this is what we get.

Consistency and courtesy are severely lacking at this location. While I always arrive with a positive attitude, I’m frequently met with rudeness or incorrect orders. It’s clear the team needs better customer service training. The only reason I haven't given up on this spot entirely is the older gentleman who works here—he is the only one who consistently gets my order right and provides a professional experience. He’s a diamond in the rough, but the rest of the team needs to step up.

My friends and I had lunch here yesterday and it was really good, hot and fresh! We ordered at the kiosk and had all of our food in less than 5 minutes. The team greeted us when we walked in and were friendly and upbeat! Best Taco Bell I have been to in ages, they deserve kudos! 👏🏻

Came through the drive through today. Ordered me and my husband's food his was right. I got me 3 taco supremes were supposed to be soft I got crunchy. I got one that was stuck inside another taco shell cause it was broke and they were both broke. I worked for Taco Bell and that is not the proper way to make tacos
