The Fix Coffee

I'm not much of a review writer but I just had to. It doesn't matter what I get when I go here. It's so good every time. The teas are refreshing and yummy. The coffee is the BEST in town - hands down. All of the people that work there are so nice and funny. Love talking to them every time I drive through!

The good. High quality product that delivers on flavor. Spot on with the Doctored Up and cinnamon sugar donuts… yum. The bad. Even after learning from previous experiences that they overload their coffees on ice, I purposely ordered light ice. The result? A cup 3/4 filled with ice. At $8 for an iced coffee, it’s a reasonable request to get more than a 1/4 of the cup full of coffee. And if you’re in a rush, might want to consider another shop. With two cars in front of me when I pulled up to order, total wait > order > wait time? 15 minutes. Essentially five minutes per transaction. With two associates working and only managing drive thru would have an expectation of shorter transactional times. The ugly. Total bill. Almost $18. That’s $4 more than I pay at Starbucks for coffee and food.

I love their coffee.......HOWEVER, as a Spark driver working early morning hours, if your Google information states OPEN 6AM you shouldn't still be closed for business at 6:30. And this IS NOT the first time. Won't be back

Im a stay at home mom and get the luxury of coming here once a month IF im lucky. Sent my husband to warsaw for something so I had him stop by and someone messed up my drink don't know if the person was new but they also charged for 2 drinks when it was supposed to be one. I couldn't even drink it I was so mad and sad that was my one splurge and I cant drink it. Money waisted might as well go back to getting coffee from McDonald's

The drink menu is varied and very tasty both hot and cold. The service is fast and always served with big smiles and friendly attitudes. If you think it is for coffee only then your in for a treat, I really enjoyed the smoothie, the frozen fruit drink and the selection of frosted drinks . They deserve a 10 in my books.
