Taco Bell

Ordered on the app. They mess up my order most of the time but I let it go. However, this time was just absolutely ridiculous!! The placed 2 tacos in a box in place of a burrito and taco, missed the taco in another box. Then even worse I had black beans added to a chalupa.. I open it up and there was ONLY beans and cheese... absolutely NO beef. Sick of paying money for food that's messed up or missing. I understand mistakes are made but at this point it's just carelessness

Tbh I will probably never be back to this location. I have given them chance after chance and they continue to mess up my order. Once in the drive thru, the old lady demanded I give her the bag back so she can see for herself if I was missing an item and her gauze wrapped bandages fell in the bag. And tonight, I had door dashed because I had a fever. I was missing the sauces that came with the luxe box. When I called and spoke with Mallory (who stated she was a manager) she said “can you come get the items?” And when I informed her it wasn’t an option because I’m sick, she said oh sorry and hung up. When I did call back to speak with her, she THEN said that since it’s DoorDash they can’t do anything. So the dasher is supposed to open a sticker sealed box to make sure the sauces are include

This place has always given me the correct food with all modifications I make! I can't knock the service because you really don't interact with anyone, just when you get your order. It was clean and stocked.

I parked in handicapped parking and they had the door there locked. (Told them about it. They didn't care. Thoughtful.) Then I tried the app. No good. Kept getting an "Uh oh, we can't seem to find that" message. I had to reinstall the app. Then I couldn't get signed back in again. It told me to get my code from my email, but when I did, the screen had gone back to the start. I tried again then gave up. SO I tried ordering at the kiosk. The app said it could not load my code. SO I went ahead and ordered anyways. However, when I got to the counter, the lady there said there was no order! I am NOT MAKING THIS UP! Then she came around to put my order in on the kiosk as if I was an idiot. I told her what I wanted. She couldn't find it. I left, disgusted. It took over 15 minutes & got no food. N

Updated Review (04/27/25, 5 Stars): Hubby and I had a taste for some Taco Bell, so we went inside to order. The staff on duty were all friendly. A'Toni checked us out after we completed our order on the kiosk. She was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I hadn't had the chicken nuggets b4 and asked her for an honest opinion. Because of her description... I HAD to try them, so I ordered a 10 piece nugget combo. Once we got home and had a chance to eat, I would agree with A'Toni-the nuggets were Delicious! If Taco Bell can keep up the Awesome service & Good-tasting food (SPECIFICALLY at ths location) then we'll be back.
